Clive has managed to secure us a confirmed booking at the Manchester Velodrome, it’s on Monday 19th November at 1;00pm. There is a maximum of 16 places available, and if fully filled will cost just over £12,50 each. Total cost is £201 no matter how many attend, so the individual cost may vary accordingly. Track bikes, helmets and session coach are included in the cost, shoe hire if you wish to clip in is available at an additional cost (you can use your own shoes but they must be of a specific cleat type, see the links below for more info). Alternatively the bikes can be fitted with adaptors to allow use of trainers at no extra charge. Please book (via the comments section) only if you fully intend going, as you will be expected to pay your share of the cost if you subsequently drop out and your place can’t be reallocated.

The session will start at 1;00pm prompt (we have no control over this) so you will need to be there for 12:30 at the latest to get changed and collect your bike etc. Parking isn’t a problem at the Velodrome but getting through Manchester at the moment is rather difficult, due in no small part to the ongoing roadworks along Regent Road and Trinity Way, please plan your journey accordingly. One final point, it can get very warm and dry out on track, so suggest you take plenty fluid onboard before the session starts as drinks are not allowed to be taken onto the track.

Dozen places booked, just the four remaining!

Phil B, Jim T, Steve B, Denis, Pete, Paul B, John, Tony, our other Phil B, Jules, Thelma and Dave P up to now!

Please read the (Safety Information & Rider Conduct) along with  (What Do I Need To Know For a Taster Session) via the attached links.
